Welcome to Lugarno Physical Culture Club!
Physical Culture or 'Physi' as it is affectionately know is a unique sport combining marching, dance, standing and floor exercises. Lugarno Physi is a not for profit club affiliated with the Edith Parsons School of Physical Culture. We provide classes for girls and ladies of all abilities from 3 years of age at a very affordable cost.
We have a specially designed preschool class which encourages fun while singing, dancing and learning the
basics of Physical Culture.

2011 8 Year State Grand Champion
Isabel was crowned the 8 Year State Grand Champion at the 2011 State Grand Finals held at the Sydney Town Hall.
